We made our second stop on May 3rd in Fort Briggs, California. I spent my afternoon exploring every nook and cranny of the 47 acres of the awe-inspiring Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Exploring the canyons, wetlands, and closed-cone pine forest was more than I could have ever imagined. As I walked the Coastal Bluff Trail, I felt extra adventurous as I ventured close to the cliff’s edge overlooking the Pacific Ocean. With the wind and salt air washing over my face, I took in the most spectacular view.
