On May 14th, I found myself lost in the splendor and variety of the eleven gardens and landscapes of the Los Angeles Arboretum and Botanic Garden.
Out of the eleven, there is a toss-up for my favorite place of respite. The Aquatic Garden, which sits at the summit of Tallac Knoll, features peaceful pools and water lilies. On the other hand, the Grace V. Kallam Perennial Garden showcased perennials, shrub borders, and flowering trees that offered a serene space for quiet reflection.
The special treat of the day was getting close to the resident peacocks!
